The AI-based project, creativity, and innovation are paramount as they drive the identification of best practices and the visualization of an ideal future state. Furthermore, data-driven decision-making is a critical skill as it grounds the vision in reality, ensuring that proposed improvements are feasible and effective (Garrett, 2022). Conversely, in a SWOT-based project, strategic thinking is crucial to navigating the complexity of the care setting’s internal and external environments. The leader must possess a solid understanding of these dynamics to accurately identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Adaptability also plays a vital role, allowing the leader to respond swiftly and effectively to emerging challenges and opportunities (Nilashi et al., 2023).
